The identity checks you did for Wirex One are imported. No documents, no selfie, nothing to repeat.
The agent gets its own account.
A dedicated Navoka account with its own wallet, IBAN and card — run by an agent that does payments and finance. Your Wirex One account is unchanged.
Money moves in seconds.
Wirex One → Navoka, Navoka → Wirex One. Instant, free, both ways.

Two accounts, one tap apart.
Wirex One stays your everyday account. Navoka is the agent's: it pays, buys and sends from there, inside the rules you set, and every payment lands in its own ledger with the rule, the approver and the reason. Moving money between the two is instant and free, so the agent has what it needs when it needs it and you can pull it back the moment you don't.

What you can say.
1 — the rules (EUR)
Give my agent €500 a month and let it handle the small stuff.
Set: €500 a month, approve above €250, allowed merchants and payees as listed. I'll pay inside that without asking and hold everything else.
2 — subscriptions onto the agent's card
Move Netflix, Spotify and Claude onto your card and cancel anything I haven't opened in 60 days.
Netflix €12.99, Spotify €10.99, Claude €18.00 — now on my card; update the card at each merchant with the details I've sent you. They earn at your Wirex One rate; the cashback lands in your Wirex One account. Two dormant ones found: Headspace and Ulysses. Say "cancel" and I block both at the card.
The Navoka account has its own rules — budget, approve-above threshold, allowlist, ceilings, kill switch — set once, changed only by you. They apply whether you ask in chat or through a connected assistant. Wirex One has its own rules and the two don't overlap.
The agent's card earns at your Wirex One rate. Nothing to enroll, nothing to track.
Connect Wirex One and the agent's card picks up the rate on your Wirex One card — on purchases and on the subscriptions it carries. Cashback is paid to your Wirex One account, not the agent's, so the agent's books stay a record of what it paid and why. Your FX, trading-fee and support tiers come across the same way. The agent's balance counts toward your tier, never against it.
Yield, ATM withdrawals and travel perks stay on your side — the agent's account is for paying, not saving.
Questions.
Is Navoka part of Wirex One or a separate product?
A separate product, powered by Wirex. Wirex One is your account; Navoka is the agent and the account it uses — its own wallet, IBAN and card. Connecting them imports your verification and enables instant transfers. Nothing about your Wirex One account, card or limits changes, and you can disconnect Navoka at any time.
Are transfers between Wirex One and Navoka really instant and free?
Yes, in both directions. Move money to the agent's account in seconds; pull it back the same way when you want to. There's no fee either way and no minimum. The transfer is yours to make, from whichever side you're on.
Do I need to verify my identity again?
No. Your Wirex One verification is imported when you connect, so there are no documents and no selfie to repeat. The agent's account, IBAN and card are issued on that basis in seconds. New customers without Wirex One verify once, in the conversation, in a few minutes.
Do I need a new card?
The agent gets its own debit card — a normal card, provisioned as a token, that carries its purchases and subscriptions and is checked against your rules at every authorization. Your Wirex One card is untouched and the agent can't use it. Nothing to order or activate; it's issued inside the account.
Does my Wirex One cashback apply to the agent's card?
Yes. The agent's card earns at your Wirex One rate on card purchases, including the subscriptions it carries. Cashback is paid to your Wirex One account, not the agent's. Transfers, utilities and tax payments don't earn — the same exclusions as your Wirex One card — and the eligible amount follows your tier, as set out in the Wirex One cashback terms.
Does the money in the agent's account count toward my tier?
Yes. Your tier is worked out across both accounts, so moving money to the agent never lowers it, and moving it back never raises it twice. The tier follows the total, not where the money sits. In the UK, the agent's balance counts the same way your Wirex One balance does.
