Navoka vs Flip.

Flip is your money manager in iMessage, over accounts you already have. Navoka is an agent with an account and card of its own.

The difference in one sentence.

Flip reads your accounts and asks them to move money. Navoka holds the account and issued the card. That's why Flip can find a subscription you don't use, and Navoka can stop its next charge.

Side by side.

Where Flip is the better choice.

If you're in the US, your money already lives in banks and brokerages Flip reaches through Plaid and SnapTrade, and what you want is one text thread that budgets, invests spare change, chases your roommates for rent and cancels forgotten subscriptions by asking the merchant — Flip does that today, over the accounts you have, with nothing to open. Navoka doesn't read your other accounts and doesn't trade US brokerages.

If you want the assistant to pay — an invoice, a hotel, a contractor, a supplier abroad — from an account it holds, inside a budget and a threshold you set once, and to stop a charge rather than request a cancellation, that needs an account and a card of its own. Navoka has both, in euro, pounds and dollars, with the rules outside the agent's reach.

Two: Headspace €12.99, Ulysses €5.99. Say "cancel" and I block both at the card — the next charge is declined, whatever their cancellation page says.

Questions.

How is Navoka different from Flip?
Flip is a money manager over your existing bank and brokerage accounts, connected through Plaid and driven by text. Navoka is an agent with a dedicated account, IBAN and card that pays inside limits you set. Flip advises and requests; Navoka executes and can decline. Flip is US-focused; Navoka works in euro, pounds and dollars.
Can Flip pay my bills or send money?
Its site says it pays people back and moves money between your connected accounts, with your confirmation and Face ID; its security page says the Plaid connection itself is read-only. It doesn't hold money or issue a card, and its own banking product is listed as coming soon. Navoka pays from the account it holds, on ACH, SEPA, Faster Payments, SWIFT or stablecoin rails.
Which is cheaper?
Flip lists $19.99 a month after a 1-day trial, or $1 for the first year and then $119.88 a year, as of Oct 9, 2026. The products charge for different things: Flip for an assistant over accounts you already hold; Navoka for an account, a card and the rails the agent uses. Fees for each Navoka rail are shown in the chat before you approve a payment.
Can I use Navoka in iMessage like Flip?
Not yet. Navoka is live on Telegram and inside ChatGPT, Claude and Grok; WhatsApp and iMessage are coming soon. The account, limits and ledger are the same on every surface, so when iMessage arrives there's nothing to migrate — your rules and history carry over.
Does Navoka connect to my existing bank like Flip does?
Not the way Flip does. Flip reads and acts on accounts you hold elsewhere through Plaid. Navoka gives the agent an account of its own — wallet, IBAN and card — and you move money between it and your other accounts instantly, in either direction. Sending from your other bank accounts directly is coming soon.

Give your agent something to pay with.
