Questions.
Do I need an app?
No. Navoka lives inside the chat app you already use — Telegram today, WhatsApp and iMessage coming soon. Open the chat and say what you want; your account is created in that first conversation, and identity verification for the IBAN and card happens in the same thread when you need it.
How do I approve a payment?
A held payment arrives as a message with Approve and Decline buttons and a one-line reason — new payee, above your threshold, not on your list. Tap, and Navoka finishes or stops. Approvals are tied to your account and device, not to the agent, so nothing can press them for you.
Can I use chat and my assistant together?
Yes. It's one account with one set of rules and one ledger. Your assistant can ask Navoka to pay something in Claude or ChatGPT, and you can approve it in chat — or the other way round. Every payment shows the same rule, approver and reason wherever you look at it.
Is a chat window safe for this?
Nothing secret travels in the chat. You see payees, amounts, reasons and a button. Card numbers and full IBANs stay in the account; the agent holds a token, never a card number. Lose your phone and "stop everything" from any other signed-in device freezes the card and pauses the rules.
